How long will it take to receive my order?
Items in the warehouse will ship within 3 days. If the item is not yet in the warehouse, an estimated shipping time will be specified on the product page. Shipping transit time is, on average, 7 to 14 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped for a more accurate estimate with respect to transit time.
Where can I see your furniture in person?
We have a showroom in Houston, Texas. If that location is not convenient for you, try out our furniture in your own home! Why not with our no questions asked 30 day return policy? And with free shipping, it makes the deal even sweeter.

 What if I don’t like what I ordered?
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed return policy for this exact reason! If the item you ordered isn’t exactly what you had in mind for your space - contact us within 30 days to request a return. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

What if I need help selecting something that will work in my space?

How will I know if my furniture will fit through my door?
We highly recommend you measure your space before you purchase to make sure the item you love also fits your space. Please contact our team if you have any questions on your space or the dimensions of an item to ensure it can get to the room of your choice. You can also find the dimensions on the product page to see if that answers your question!

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?
We ship your items for free to your “front door”. For an upgrade fee of $199, we will provide a premium white glove delivery — a team will move and unpack your product in the room of your choice, assemble the item, and dispose of all packaging. Please refer to our shipping policy for additional details.
Where do you ship?
We provide free shipping to the 48 continental states. Unfortunately we do not ship outside the continental United States.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
We will email a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse to allow for easy, updated tracking from our warehouse to your front door. Please feel free to contact us with any questions at info@tb3home.com.
Will I be charged at the time I place my order or when it ships?
You will be charged when you place your order.
Will the delivery team take away my old sofa?
No, the delivery team will not remove any old furniture nor are they able to move existing furniture due to liability reasons. Please ensure your area is cleared before your new furniture arrives, especially if you have upgraded to in-home delivery & assembly.
What if my furniture is damaged during shipping?
No need to stress - we will send you replacement parts or replace the item if necessary. If you notice the packaging or item is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the item from the shipping company and contact us. We will send out a replacement item within 3 business days. If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to darryl@tb3home.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assess the damage and work with you to determine a solution.
What do I do if my furniture does not fit during delivery?
If you have a tight doorway or hallway, we highly recommend you measure the space before placing an order to ensure you have a smooth delivery process. Please contact us at info@tb3home.com with any questions about dimensions of an item or the best way to measure your space. We can give you the product dimensions before assembly, which may solve your problem!
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Unfortunately we only ship to the continental United States. We hope to change that in the near future.

Yes, once your item arrives in your local metro area, the shipping company will contact you directly to set up a date and time that works best for you.
Will everything in my order ship at the same time?
If all the items are in stock, then yes! We will ship out everything that is in stock and then ship out the remaining items once they are in our warehouse. If you have any questions or want your order to all ship together, please contact us at info@tb3home.com.
I’m not ready for my item, should I still order now or wait?
You should still order now to ensure we can ship the item when you are ready. We are happy to hold onto your item until the timing is convenient for you. Please contact us at info@tb3home.com as soon as you place your order to ensure we put a hold on your shipment.
How will my furniture ship?
Small parcels typically ship via FedEx. If you ordered multiple items or a large item, it will be shipped through a professional freight carrier.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, we will send a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Will I get a call when the furniture is going to be delivered?
For large items or bulk orders, our delivery agents will contact you as soon as your item is in your local metro area to arrange a day and time for delivery to ensure you will be home.
If you ordered a small parcel and it is shipped via FedEx, you will not be given advance notice as to when they will deliver. You can use the FedEx tracking number to get an up-to-date status on your shipment until it reaches your front door.
Do you ship outside the continental United States? Can you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
No, unfortunately we do not.
May I change the shipping address after I place the order?
Yes, please contact us as soon as you place the order so we can change the shipping address before the item ships. If the item has already shipped, you will need to contact the shipping company directly. There may be additional shipping charges incurred to redirect the shipment to the correct address, you must pay it directly to the carrier.
What happens if I miss my delivery appointment with the carrier?
Contact the carrier directly to arrange another delivery appointment. If there is a re-delivery charge assessed by the carrier, you must pay it directly to the carrier.
What if my building requires a Certificate of Liability for delivery?
Our shipping affiliate will contact you as soon as your item is in your local metro area to schedule a delivery date and time. They will also coordinate any additional accommodations for your convenience.

Returns & Warranty

I need to return an item, how do I do that?

I need to cancel my order, can I do that?
Yes, the order can be cancelled prior to shipping. If it has already been shipped, then you’ll need to process a return. Please see our return policy for more detail.
Can I exchange my item for a different item?
Yes, you can exchange an item prior to shipping. If it has already been shipped, then you’ll need to process a return. Please see our return policy.
I haven’t received my refund, who do I contact?
Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear. If it has been longer than 5 days, please contact us at info@tb3home.com.
I requested a return, but haven’t heard from the shipping company responsible for the pick up.
Please allow up to one week to hear from the shipping company. If you have not received a call from them after one week, please contact us at info@tb3home.com and we will give you the contact information for the shipping company to coordinate directly with them.
What is your warranty policy?
We don’t anticipate there to be any issues with your purchase, as our furniture is designed and crafted with extreme care and detail. However, your item comes with a one year warranty. If you need to file a warranty claim, take pictures and write down as much detail as possible about the defect. Contact our team right away and we will work to either replace or repair the defect, as necessary. Please refer to our return policy for more detail on the warranty.
What does the warranty cover?
We will replace or repair any material or workmanship defect. Our manufacture warranty is one year from date of shipping. For warranty to be in effect, products must have been used for it’s intended purpose through normal use. Products are not covered by warranty if used for commercial purposes or defect is from causes beyond normal wear and tear.

Ordering & Payments

Can I call to place my order?
Of course! We’re happy to take your order everyday from 10am to 7pm CST.
How will I know that you received my order?
An order confirmation email is sent to you when you place the order.
I need to change my order, can I still do that?
Yes, if the order has not yet shipped you can change your order. If the item has already shipped then you’ll need to process a return. Please see our return policy.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! Please follow the financing option during checkout. Please refer to our financing page for more detail.
Will I be charged when I place the order or when it ships?
You will be charged when you place the order.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. If you are using one of these cards and your order is not processing, please contact your credit card company to ensure they are not blocking the payment due to theft protection. We also offer financing.
Will I pay sales tax?
Sales tax will only be collected from Texas residents. All non-Texas residents will not be charged sales tax.
I’m concerned about submitting my credit card information online. Is it safe to place an order on your site?
Yes! Your credit card information is transferred using the same encryption and physical security that banks use.

Fabric & Materials

How do I clean my fabric?
You can use water-based upholstery cleaning products, typically just simple soap and water will get the job done.
Which type of cushions do you use?
Our cushions contain 2.0-lb, high-density foam cores wrapped in a softer plush foam. This allows our cushioning to be both very comfortable and offer excellent support. The high-density cores help the cushions remain strong and durable over time, while the plush outer layer provides the comfort and composition found in high-end upholstered goods. Certain frames offer a fiber fill on the back cushions, making them extra soft. Because not all our cushions are the same level of firmness, please feel free to contact us at info@tb3home.com if you have any questions or need help selecting a sofa that suits your preferences.
Do you use hardwoods?
Our lounge chairs and select dining tables are made from solid eucalyptus or ash wood. In some cases we’ll use solid hardwoods or plywood combined with veneers of exotic woods that would be extremely expensive to produce otherwise.
Our upholstered frames are made from kiln-dried hardwoods, such as ash or eucalyptus. Once assembled, these frames a wrapped in 2.0-lb foam. The legs are solid eucalyptus wood and the joints are glued, stapled, and screwed in to ensure frame stability and longevity.
What are your fabrics made of?
We use a wide range of fabrics with different textures and weaving types. Most fabrics are made of 100% polyester while there are a few linen blends. For more information on a specific fabric, please feel free to call or email us at info@tb3home.com.
What type of leather do yo use?
We use top-grain hides, which is the highest quality. Because hides vary in color and texture, each piece will have its own unique characteristics. Natural markings such as wrinkles and scars are normal and even expected as an assurance you have an authentic leather product.
Are finish colors accurate?
All photos on our website have been taken by a professional photographer under typical lighting conditions. We try to best show the finish color and texture through our detailed photos. These photos may vary based on the monitor or if printed. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to contact our team for additional support or details.

Designer & Business

Do you offer discounts to the trade?
Yes! We offer designers 5% off their entire order. There is no minimum purchase requirement. Simply send us your Federal Tax ID (EIN) and you’ll be in our system.

Damage

What if my furniture is damaged during shipping?
